As a full-time, fully remote Alabama Licensed Crisis Counselor, the successful candidate will provide telephonic emotional support, crisis intervention, and risk assessment services to individuals in distress while maintaining professionalism and clarity in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Alabama residency required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
