Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor

Providing compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges while working remotely and maintaining a secure home workspace. Key responsibilities Deliver empathetic telephonic support and assess emotional and behavioral health concerns Build rapport with clients, actively listen, and provide resources and coping strategies Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a HIPAA-compliant home workspace Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple software systems Availability for remote scheduling, including weekends and holidays
