About the Role Our client, a prominent Recruitment Consultancy in Welkom , is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to manage their technical and engineering recruitment desk. This crucial role involves identifying and attracting specialized talent for a demanding client base. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the tech sector. This position offers a significant opportunity for an experienced technical recruiter to make a tangible impact within a respected consultancy. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including IT, engineering, and software development. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Conduct detailed technical assessments and provide constructive feedback to candidates and clients. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter , preferably within an agency environment. Proven ability to source and attract candidates for specialized IT and engineering roles . In-depth knowledge of various tech stacks, programming languages, and engineering disciplines. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
