This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and is eager to build or continue a career in financial services operations. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing while supporting service-level commitments and regulatory standards. Youll collaborate with internal teams, work independently on assigned tasks, and contribute to a high-quality client experience. Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for processing a variety of operational tasks that support financial account activity. Your work will include both routine and complex transactions, requiring accuracy, timeliness, and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities: Process daily operational work including asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance Execute routine and complex transactions efficiently while meeting quality and service-level standards Identify, research, and help resolve discrepancies or potential issues proactively Follow established procedures independently to meet performance and accuracy metrics Learn, use, and support multiple financial products, systems, and software platforms Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your familys needs.
