Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.## LocationDallas, Houston, Atlanta, NJ, NYC, San Fran, Chicago.## About the Job You're ConsideringWe are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technology Manager to join our DCX team.## Your Role| || --- || Dynamics 365 Technology Manager is expected to drive a large program as a Tech PM with below skills: 1) Contact Center Program Experience 2) Large CCaaS contact Center implementation experience is required involving IVR, CTI, Chat, Integration 3) Experience of deployment of Dynamics 365 in complex environment and global multi-geo rollout. |## Your Skills and Experience* Understand of key Dynamics 365 requirement and capability, and ablity to identify risk with the program* Good interfacing skills with third-party like Microsoft and other vendors.* Experience with Avaya, Genesys or related legacy CTI platform is nice to have* Should have executed on full end to end D365 Contact Center projectThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544-$207,401.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
