IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Program Management Office supporting multiple teams and workstreams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $65

What's the Job?

• Focus on program financials, supporting technology leadership in program-wide activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Plan and manage delivery dependencies across various teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk mitigation, and impediment removal to meet project milestones.
• Gather and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear reports.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management, change management, or PMO functions; familiarity with large-scale ERP systems is a plus.
