Scrum Master
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a servant-leader mindset, and proven experience guiding Agile teams.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
