Introduction

The role is crucial for ensuring that the team remains delivery-focused, working closely with the product owner and lead engineer. The individual will facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a liaison between the product owner and development team to ensure requirements are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within a software development or technology delivery environment.
• Experience supporting capacity planning, resource forecasting, and dependency management.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and preferably SAFe practices and PI Planning.
• Experience working with Change Management, Release Management, and software delivery governance processes.
• Knowledge of software testing lifecycles, QA processes, and release management principles.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAFE agile.
• PSM Certifications.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders while maintaining a servant leadership mindset.
• Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders within a complex enterprise environment.
• Technical or software engineering background beneficial but not essential.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Background in either software engineering or project management.
• Fintech experience, particularly Prime Brokerage, a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning events.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lead and support the team's transition from Kanban to Sprint-based delivery, helping establish effective Agile processes and behaviors.
• Work closely with Change Management and Release Management teams to align delivery schedules with release and governance requirements.
• Ensure user stories, tasks, and technical deliverables are sufficiently documented, refined, estimated, and tested before progressing to QA.
• Track and manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and cross-team coordination activities that impact delivery timelines.
• Partner with Product Owners, engineering leads, QA teams, and technology partners to ensure project objectives are understood and delivered successfully.
• Monitor team performance through Agile metrics, delivery reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
