If you are skilled at turning complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at a global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Documentation: Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and process documentation.Backlog Ownership: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value and align with the strategic roadmap.Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders across varying seniority levels to understand end-to-end business processes, secure cross-functional alignment, and drive consensus on proposed solutions.Agile Delivery: Define and refine epics and user stories to guide development teams, ensuring each iteration delivers measurable value.Problem Resolution: Analyze complex business and data challenges, breaking them down into actionable solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to remove delivery blockers.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that simplify operations and enhance the efficiency of technology delivery.Required Qualifications & Skills5+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements as user stories, process documents, and presentations in a clear and structured way.Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog in an agile delivery environment.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority, facilitating alignment and driving decisions.Competence in data analysis to support problem-solving and inform business planning decisions.Experience collaborating directly with engineering or technology teams to define requirements and resolve implementation challenges.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into language accessible to non-technical audiences.Beneficial Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with strategic roadmap planning and aligning tactical delivery to longer-term organizational goals.Exposure to automation initiatives and experience facilitating cross-functional adoption of technology-driven process changes.What We OfferAt Citi, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, contributing to solutions that have a real impact on how a leading global institution operates.
