This is an in-office position with core hours of Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Keep leadership on track by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls

Plan and book domestic and international travel, from flights and hotels to visas and passports

Draft and polish professional communications, presentations, and reports

Act as a gatekeeperscreen calls, handle inquiries, and ensure priorities stay aligned

Manage high-volume email inboxes with precision and discretion

Organize and maintain both digital and physical files with strict confidentiality

Support special projects, conduct research, and gather key information

Reconcile expenses and process reimbursements efficiently

Maintain and update key business contacts and databases

Jump in to support the broader team with administrative tasks as needed

At least 21 years of age

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Executive Assistant or Administrative experience

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
