AP/AR Specialist

AP/AR Specialist A/R
Our client, located in Fort Worth, is looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next 6-10 weeks. A 6-week commitment is required. This role is 100% onsite daily from 8am-5pm.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient with Sage100
- Experience with online invoicing systems (Ariba, Coupa, Exostar, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and internal controls
- Solid grasp of GAAP & Bookkeeping fundamentals
- Good organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Team Player
- Experience with WrightPlan (preferred)
Duties:
Accounts Receivable
- Creating and emailing customer invoices
- Following up on outstanding customer payments
- Processing credit card payments from customers
- Monitor scrap funds
- Serving as initial contact for Accounts Receivable questions
Accounts Payable
- Entering vendor expenses into Accounts Payable system
- Allocating credit card expenses and updating Accounts Payable system
- Serving as initial contact for vendor payment questions
- Storage
- Work with our Warehouse Manager and Sales Team to create and email customer invoices
