What You'll Be DoingAs an Experienced Barista at Cuppa Coffee - Traveler, your role will be all about delivering exceptional service and quality beverages. Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to perfection.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care and precision.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Here are the key qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of barista experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
