What You’ll Do
As our Lead Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow behind the counter.
Preparing high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
Training and mentoring team members to maintain consistent service standards.
Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock management.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Providing outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
A deep passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
