Are you a Licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent looking for more buyer leads, pre-set appointments, and a proven system to grow your career?

EmpowerHome Team is expanding in Raleigh, NC, and is hiring motivated agents who want to spend less time prospecting and more time helping qualified buyers. Our Inside Sales Team generates and qualifies leads, then schedules appointments directly on your calendar so you can focus on showing homes, writing offers, and closing more transactions.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Meet with motivated, pre-qualified buyers
Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
Provide expert support from consultation to closing
Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
Host team open houses (leads provided)
Stay organized with your calendar, pipeline, and tasks
Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions

Qualifications:

Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
