We are seeking a Licensed Sales Producer to join our team at the Parrish Albright Agency. We are looking for a motivated TEAM PLAYER who is passionate about helping grow our client base by building relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who is eager to grow their career in sales and insurance. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Assisting with cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals

Requirements:

• Active insurance license preferred
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
