This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 2-8 years' experience at a top-tier firm to join a sophisticated Real Estate practice, working on complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions. The Role The successful candidate will have substantial experience advising on commercial real estate debt financing transactions, with exposure to a broad range of sophisticated financing structures. Your experience will ideally include: Mortgage and mezzanine financings Preferred equity investments Permanent and bridge loan originations Construction loans Loan participations and syndications, including loan sales Co-lender and intercreditor arrangements Workouts and restructurings You’ll work alongside highly regarded attorneys and sophisticated clients on complex transactions within a market-leading Real Estate practice. About You The ideal candidate will have: 2-8 years' experience at a top-tier law firm Strong experience in commercial real estate debt finance Meaningful transactional experience across a range of real estate financing structures Outstanding academic and professional credentials Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills The ability to thrive within a sophisticated, high-performing legal environment What's on Offer?
