Resident Support Coordinator

The Lutheran Home is hiring a Resident Support Coordinator to join our healthcare community. This important role serves as a central point of connection for residents, families, visitors and team members, helping coordinate resident services, appointments, communication, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities while creating a welcoming and positive experience. • Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions and concerns.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, transportation, and meetings.
• Support reception, phones, correspondence, and office functions
• Support Social Services and resident/family needs.
• Communicate resident needs with the appropriate departments.
• Follow HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Support resident activities, special events, and facility initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Healthcare, senior living, customer service, social services, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer services skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic computer skills; including email and Microsoft Office: EMR experience preferred
