Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity working with K-5 students and supporting their growth in communication skills. This full-time position as an SLP or SLPA offers the chance to make a genuine impact in a school setting near Attleboro, MA. You will be responsible for a manageable caseload and enjoy built-in collaboration with two experienced supervising SLPs on staff.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility in Massachusetts
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to individual student needs and collaborate with educational teams
• Enthusiasm for supporting speech and language development in school-age children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 25 K-5 students as outlined in their IEPs
• Work collaboratively with supervising SLPs to design, implement, and document therapy plans and progress
• Conduct both individual and small group sessions within the school environment
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to student evaluations and progress reports
• Communicate professionally with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
