Program Coordinator

This is a Full-Time position based in our San Francisco, California, United States office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of key company programmes, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of company programmes and their activities. Monitor programme implementation and progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams. Prepare and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations. Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, responsible for taking minutes and tracking action items. Assist in managing programme budgets and tracking expenditures. Help identify potential risks and issues, and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all programme activities operate within company policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software. A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
