Job Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient’s plan of care and providing treatment under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Duties and Responsibilities Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse. Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care. Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s). Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team. Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently. Participate in personal and professional growth and development.
