What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience required, preferably with a luxury brand
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Passion for the Lincoln brand and premium customer service
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
