To ensure efficient patient chart management, the full-time Health Information Technician will maintain the filing system and facilitate the flow of documents within the clinic while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain the patient chart filing system to ensure efficient document flow Interact with internal and external customers to support clinic operations Perform routine clerical tasks under daily supervision with attention to detail Required qualifications High School graduate or equivalent preferred One (1) year of previous clerical experience in a clinic setting preferred Six months of experience in medical record filing preferred
