Intensivist (Nights/Days), Full-Time, Chilton Medical Center

Job Overview Atlantic Health is seeking an Intensivist at Chilton Medical Center (Night/Day Split). This full‑time position is primarily nighttime (≈70%) with some day shifts (≈30%). Typical shifts run 7 PM – 7 AM caring for critically ill patients in our state‑of‑the‑art ICU. Responsibilities Provide critical care for ICU patients, collaborating with consultant staff, respiratory therapists, and in‑house anesthesiologists. Perform essential procedures including central line placement, dialysis catheter insertion, arterial line catheterization, intubation, and chest tube insertion. Surveil patients, manage medical emergencies, and coordinate with other teams to ensure optimal care. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey. Board Eligible / Board Certified in Critical Care. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply. Salary & Benefits Base salary $225,000–$350,000 (excluding incentives).
