Warehouse Associate

Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $21 / HR

Job Description:

• Order Review — Verify order details for accuracy, completeness, and special client requirements before fulfillment.
• Order Picking — Locate, select, and stage products based on pick lists and warehouse layout
• Product Kitting — Combine multiple components into organized kits according to client specifications
• Assembly Work — Build client products using step‑by‑step, “IKEA‑like” instruction sheets; ensure quality and consistency
• Shipping Preparation — Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using company procedures and carrier guidelines
• Inventory Support — Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Team Collaboration — Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and maintain workflow.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
• Comfort with hand tools and basic assembly tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency for order tracking
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the 8–4:30 weekday schedule

Shift:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
