Foundation Grants & Donor Relations Manager
Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program
Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program is seeking a Foundation Relations Manager to secure philanthropic support from foundations. You will manage database records, collaborate with program staff, and communicate BHCHP’s mission to prospective funders. Your role includes proposal writing, donor stewardship, and maintaining relationships with funders. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.
