Identify and engage with local families and businesses to help protect their future through tailored insurance solutions.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure each client has the right coverage for their specific situation.

Provide clear explanations of policy options, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed about their choices.

Build and maintain lasting relationships by serving as a consistent point of contact for all insurance-related concerns.

Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build genuine connections with neighbors.

Review existing policies periodically to ensure coverage stays relevant as clients experience life changes.

Valid Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in sales roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to listen and understand client needs.

High level of comfort using computers and insurance-specific software systems.

Residency in or near Greensburg, Pennsylvania, with a commitment to being present in the community.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
