Diesel Service TechnicianLookout Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Diesel Service Technician to join our team in Morehead City, North Carolina. As a full-time flat rate technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our customers. Lookout Ford is growing. We are currently expanding our service and parts operations and are under construction of an additional 10 bays. We are adding additional teammates to help us keep up with the demand. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to secure your future with a privately owned family oriented dealer group. Compensation for this position can surpass $100,000.00 annually depending upon experience and motivation level and your time management skills, payroll cycles are semi-monthly. Will consider a relocation stipend for the right individual with verifiable references and experience. As a flat rate technician, you have the potential to increase your earnings through a tiered commission structure based on the number and quality of services performed.
