# Job Opportunity – Neurovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** September 14, 2026 **Location:** Nashville, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts with minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period; self-scheduling available with manager balancing; patient ratios typically 2:1, may vary to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and staffing needs**Highlights:** - 16-bed Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit specializing in critical neurological care- Advanced equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems- Exposure to specialized procedures: central line insertion, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions- Meditech documentation system- 4-week scheduling blocks with self-scheduling flexibility- Unit secretary support during day shift with occasional nurse extern technical assistance**Requirements:** - Active RN license- ICU experience required- ACLS certification (current)- BLS certification (current)- Navy scrubs will be provided as required uniform**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work in a specialized neurovascular ICU environment where you'll care for critically ill patients requiring advanced neurological monitoring and interventions.
