Hours: daytime 1st shift As an HR Coordinator, you will perform the following job duties:
- Job Posting: Creating job descriptions. Working with temporary agencies to identify and attract candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Reviewing applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Conducting Interviews : Coordinating and conducting interviews with potential candidates, both initial screenings and in-depth interviews.
- Hiring: Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conflict Resolution : Addressing and mediating conflicts or disputes between employees to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct investigations resulting from employee complaints
- Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Communication: Ensuring effective communication between management and employees, and keeping staff informed about organizational changes and policies.
- Performance Reviews : Review documents supervisors present for HR/legal issues, be present during reviews
- Performance Review Calendar : set calendar reminders for when reviews are due.
- Policy Implementation : Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and implementing new policies as needed.
- Record Maintenance : Keeping accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance records.
- Timecard Management
- Payroll processing and submission
- Documentation : Managing various administrative tasks such as drafting HR documents, maintaining files, and managing HR software systems.
- Reporting: Generating reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and training outcomes.
- Daily Attendance : Listen to voicemails for call-offs and gather information regarding employees who are not in attendance. Sharing with the entire team
- Office Backup : Provide backup for phones and customer service as needed along with the ability to look up orders and track shipments
