Our client, a leader in enterprise support and technology services, is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join their team. As a Production Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the high-visibility support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Support Analyst Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Range: What's the Job? Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise applications and services supporting the ServiceNow environment. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting production systems and dependent services. Support data movement and integration processes across multiple platforms and applications. Execute and monitor scheduled jobs, including AutoSys workloads, ensuring successful completion and timely issue resolution. Partner with support teams and stakeholders to resolve production issues while maintaining system integrity and compliance. What's Needed? Experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, or a related support engineering role. Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment. Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes. Ability to independently evaluate requests and push back when proper controls or approvals are not present. What's in it for me?
