Pet Care Guest Services Representative – Westport

$18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience

Spot On Veterinary is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Pet Care Guest Services Representative to join our Westport team.

This is a front-desk customer service position in a state-of-the-art pet care facility , where you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and their pets. You will help create a welcoming, organized, and exceptional experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of our facility.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email

• Answer questions about our services and assist clients with their needs

• Create new client and pet profiles and maintain accurate client information

• Update existing client and pet records as needed

• Schedule appointments and coordinate client requests

• Assist with client check-ins and check-outs

• Process payments and assist with financial transactions

• Communicate information between clients and our care teams

• Provide follow-up and exceptional customer service

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk environment

• Work closely with our veterinary, daycare, grooming, and other pet-care teams

• Assist with administrative and customer-service responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, front-desk, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred

• A genuine love of animals and comfort interacting with dogs and cats

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable handling payments and basic financial transactions

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member

• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

Compensation

$18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
