Payable's /Receivables clerk, job duties include:

Entering invoices into DMS system, matching invoices to Purchase Orders, completing check runs for payment to vendors, complete direct pays weekly
Reconcile statements monthly, contact vendors for missing invoices
Maintain orderly filing system for all receivables and payable's
Helping with month end close process, making sure all invoices are received and entered for month end financial
Assist with other projects as needed
Previous experience in dealership accounting preferred.
Reynolds DMS knowledge helpful
Ability to prioritize and multitask
