Are you the expert others call when a die won’t hold tolerance? Can you take a concept from an I.G.E.S. file to a fully assembled tool—solo? Do you enjoy mentoring teammates on the right way to set up and run toolroom machines? If that sounds like you, we’re hiring on behalf of a manufacturing partner for an on-site, Temp to Perm role where your precision truly matters.

What will you do here?

• Construct, enhance, and repair tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and special machinery to spec.
• Operate all core toolroom machinery—and teach others how to use it safely and effectively.
• Own the build cycle from drawings or I.G.E.S. files through final assembly, following proven procedures.
• Keep communication flowing with design, engineering, vendors, and customers to protect quality and deadlines.
• Diagnose issues during tool repair and fast-track vendor repairs when the situation calls for it.

What do you need to bring?

• A journeyman card or 8+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Confidence producing tooling directly from drawings or I.G.E.S. files using sound methodology.
• Ability to measure and machine components to precise tolerances.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, mills, lathes, grinders, drills, and heat-treat equipment.

To be eligible, plan to work 30+ hours weekly on an assignment expected to last at least 10 weeks.
