Job Description Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) 36 hours per week Night shift Rotate weekends/holidays Benefit eligible Due to recent growth at our location, we have expanded our PCU services to meet the demands of our patients and community. We are looking for positive nurses who enjoy working with a team, are passionate about helping others, are patient‑centered and thrive on variety. This team builds on each other’s strengths and works together to keep the patient first and provide exceptional care. Units will see a variety of patient conditions with an average stay of 3–4 days. The units are cardiac focused, but not specialized. Responsibilities Accountable for utilizing the nursing process Perform patient care Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient‑care staff Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health‑care team as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
