Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg unit. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, alerting charge RN or management of any changes.
• Utilize telemetry rhythm capabilities to track patient vitals.
• Assist with IV fluids, tube feeds, and medication administration.
• Participate in unit huddles and maintain communication with the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Telemetry experience and critical thinking abilities are a must.
