Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans consistent with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage and administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
