Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process fullcycle accounts payable, including highvolume invoice entry (1,000+ weekly), as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Review and approve vouchers for payment while maintaining accuracy and compliance as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Prepare invoice deduction notices and support vendor payment processing as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Assist with monthend close, reporting, and crossfunctional accounting support as the Accounts Payable Clerk

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk

• 2-3 years of highvolume accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
• Construction industry or Timberline experience is a plus
