Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification upon entry

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire SLP license or eligibility to practice in the state
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
