Job Opportunity: Certified Respiratory Therapist
Our organization is currently looking for a Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional respiratory care within both acute and critical care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory needs.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Operate and manage ventilators and various respiratory devices.
- Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies.
- Document all care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and available treatments.
- Assist in developing and implementing weaning and rehabilitation plans.
- Certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience in acute and critical care environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
The role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, where you will engage with patients in various stages of care. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of the facility.
