Our Detox Center operates using modern telehealth tools and collaborative software that help maintain communication and facilitate client interactions effectively, despite the geographic distance. You will engage with colleagues in frequent virtual meetings to strategize and coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives top-notch support and resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders through telehealth consultations and occasional in-person interactions, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a supportive team environment aimed at achieving shared goals while focusing on client empowerment and choice.
\n
• Work respectfully with a diverse clientele, acknowledging and valuing different cultural backgrounds, traditions, and interpersonal dynamics while providing care.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments, developing integrated care plans and coordinating with external services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Provide ongoing therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions, while actively participating in crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes, while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to team discussions and committee meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Carry an on-call and after-hours responsibility as needed to support clients during crises or urgent situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population that includes individuals grappling with chronic mental health issues, substance use disorders, and other emotional challenges. Your role is to guide them through their recovery journey, facilitating access to critical resources and support networks that promote health stability and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona is necessary to practice.

Preferred Experience\n
