Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Raleigh, NC
A growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead and expand its land development practice in the Raleigh market. This role offers the opportunity to drive business development, build client relationships, mentor staff, and oversee project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead business development, client relations, and market growth.
Manage and mentor engineers, project managers, and design staff.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, proposals, contracts, and financial performance.
Direct land development projects involving commercial, residential, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Provide technical oversight of site design, grading, utilities, stormwater, roadway plans, permitting, and QA/QC.
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
Active North Carolina PE license.
15+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
Strong land development expertise and established client relationships.
Proven business development, financial management, and team leadership skills.
Familiarity with Civil 3D, permitting, and quality control processes.
