The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general accounting, experience with month-end close activities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries. Perform account and bank reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity. Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies. Support financial reporting and accounting operations. Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience. Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
