Perform account reconciliations, research variances, and resolve discrepancies through detailed financial analysis. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support departmental goals and accounting initiatives. Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries. Participate in process improvement efforts focused on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness. Provide support on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to assist the accounting team and business operations.
