We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Leader to help with leading our customer service department, as well as service and retain our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who has great leadership skills, thrives in a positive, team-driven environment and wants to contribute to a culture built on growth. .

• Base hourly pay of $25 to $40 based on experience

Responsibilities

• Service and manage existing policies
• Identify cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain regular client contact to drive retention
• Review policies and recommend additional coverage
• Support overall customer satisfaction and account management

Requirements

• Active insurance license
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset
