Community Education Coordinator

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator positionin the Tomballarea. Job Description: Primary function is to act as liaison between the Company and the community regarding community and long-term care patient needs. Responsibilities include promotion of Hospice programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.
