Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Overview Elmm Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury firm in Phoenix that is female‑founded. We’re looking for an additional bilingual Intake Specialist who understands that every call is an opportunity, and knows how to move quickly, connect with people, and get cases signed. This role is not just answering phones. As the first point of contact for injured clients, the way you handle each interaction directly impacts whether they choose our firm. Compensation $20 – $23 hourly base pay + bonuses based on signed cases. Responsibilities Answer all inbound calls, texts, and online leads immediately. Speak with potential clients in both English and Spanish. Guide callers through the intake process and close sign‑ups. Follow up consistently with leads that haven’t signed. Enter and track all activity in Lead Docket. Handle referral partner and medical provider calls with urgency and professionalism. Opportunity to grow with a firm that is scaling. Qualifications Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) – required. Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone. Sense of urgency; you don’t let leads sit. Comfortable asking for the business and handling objections. Organized and detail‑oriented. Reliable and accountable; you take ownership of the position and its results.
