To this end, we are looking for a strong personality who will strategically develop our product portfolio and advance it operationally. Our products Our current product portfolio comprises two key SaaS solutions that complement each other in terms of content and together form a strong ecosystem: ONE MESSAGE enables legally compliant 1:1 communication via popular messenger services such as WhatsApp or LINE. Sales teams can send personalized, approved content while consent, compliance, and tracking requirements are managed centrally. The solution bridges the gap between modern customer communication and regulatory requirements. SHOWCASE is our modular content platform for the efficient, legally compliant creation, approval, and delivery of digital content. It helps companies structure complex content processes, shorten time-to-market, and make content reusable—seamlessly integrating into existing system landscapes. Both products are well established on the market, are being actively developed, and offer great potential for functional expansion, scaling, and strategic integration. Your mission As Senior Product Manager (all genders), you will play a central role in establishing and developing our product division (SaaS)—alongside our continued successful project and agency business. You will work strategically, but always with an eye on feasibility, impact, and genuine customer benefit. You will bring structure, clarity, and product excellence to an environment with a lot of freedom—and actively use it to build sustainable digital products. Specifically, this means: Building, structuring, and scaling the product area, including clear product visions, roadmaps, and success criteria Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to go-to-market and continuous development Confident use of a broad range of tools and methods in product management (e.g., discovery methods, prioritization frameworks, hypothesis-driven work, MVP approaches, KPI and outcome focus) Selection and pragmatic adaptation of the appropriate methods depending on the context—not dogmatic, but effective Close collaboration with engineering, UX, sales, and customers to solve real user and business problems Establishing and anchoring a product-oriented mindset in an organization with strong technical expertise Translating strategic goals into clear, actionable product decisions and priorities The position is intended to be filled on a part-time basis (60–80%).
