Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory (EMEA) to lead complex international tax engagements for multinational clients across EMEA. You will drive tax planning, structuring, and due diligence in cross-border deals, coordinating with global teams and senior stakeholders.
