Program Manager We are an aerospace manufacturing company specializing in high‑precision components and assemblies for commercial, defense, and space applications. Responsibilities Track, report, and manage the overall program schedule and activities in the customer’s statement of work. Effectively communicate program schedule and developments to the customer using strong communication and organization skills. Manage multiple programs and successfully drive critical path items to completion by advocating for the customer across internal departments. Work with internal teams to ensure schedule clarity and alignment. Communicate actions needed to support the schedules. Identify blockers and suggest solutions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management to plan timing of new product introductions. Benefits Competitive base salary and overall compensation package.
