Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Title
This position supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Requirement/Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Responsibilities
- Monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets for inconsistencies, identify priority issues, and drive resolution by engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the team effort by developing business understanding.
- Generate ideas and drive improvements to processes, business methods, or technical components.
Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in data analytics, reporting tools, or automation, such as Power BI.
Qualification And Education
- High school diploma required; a degree is preferred.
